1. Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 14-day return and exchange period from the date of delivery. To be eligible, your items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Complete with all original tags and packaging.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as [Insert items if applicable, e.g., underwear or socks] cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

Our team will arrange for a courier to pick up the item from your address. Please note that return shipping fees may apply depending on your location and the reason for the return.

4. Factory Inspection & Refunds

Once your return reaches our factory, our quality control team will inspect the item.

  • Approved Returns: We will process your refund via your original payment method or as store credit, according to your preference.

  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, we will ship your replacement directly from the factory as soon as the original item is inspected.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by our "No Shortcuts" rule. In the rare event that you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Since we aim for fast, factory-direct shipping, orders that have already been processed and handed to the courier cannot be cancelled but can be returned following the policy above.
